Psych has been renewed for a third season. Woo hoo!

It's a fluffy, funny little show, a cast with great chemistry, with little to no pretensions of being anything else other than what it is, and I'm glad to see it hanging around. I adore everyone on it, especially Maggie Lawson. Rowr.

The only downside is that NBC owns USA, so they'll be taking it off iTunes at the end of the year. Good job, NBC — I was actually willing to pay to watch this show. Guess I don't have to, now.

I love Psych! I didn't even realize it was in its second season. I'll have to check its air schedule vs. its release schedule, see if it's worth downloading before year's end or if I can just TiVo it all.

It is a lovely show, which I've enjoyed watching (for the few episodes I've seen at a friend's house where they download the torrents) ... I'll need to do the same as I've only seen the first (pilot) shown here in the UK (someone will now come along and tell me that it runs on some cable channel at 2am, which would be great as I get the cable channels and have a TiVo equivalent!)

Psych is one of my guilty pleasures along with Burn Notice which basically is an A team meets MacGuiver for the 00s.

We've been catching up with Dexter Series 1 which is just fantastic, although I am struck by the actual similarities with Psych.

Odd to be comparing a bit of fluff with a drama about a Serial Killer but there are links.
