Thanksgiving

Well, I'll be spending Thanksgiving in New York with my siblings. Tickets are booked, and I'll be staying in Queens with swisscheesed's beau hippodrome. I'm also planning to hit the Big Apple Comic Book Art & Toy Show at the Metropolitan Pavillion 28-30 November. It's going to be one big dealer's room, but this'll be my chance to see people like Arnold Drake, Julie Schwartz, Irwin Hansen, Neal Adams, Kyle Baker, et al. - hopefully the crowd won't be big around the old 'uns, so I can at least get pictures taken.

You realize, of course, this means trying to organize a housefilk, if you have time and sans your objection. Though with folks have family obligations and some going to Darkover that weekend, we'll probably be light of attendees.

It really depends on my schedule - I'd like to spend time with my sisters, after all. But maybe something can be worked out.

If a housefilk coalesces, I hope someone will announce it! My husband anach and I will be in New York (Westchester Suburbs, accessible by train) over Thanksgiving. Schedule may prohibit, as it's kind of a flying visit, but I'd love to see some filk-family while we're out there.
