We know it won't last, and we know that Quesada is setting us up for some lame ending in the end that will finally break our hearts and our spirit, but for now, it just feels good to see Tony getting some of what's been coming to him.

I'm suspecting that Iron Man will get to make a heroic return in #5, since they make a big deal in previews about how he's missing, which is usually set up for that sort of thing.

And then we'll get more paeans to how wonderful and self-sacrificing heroic he is, and how Hulk kicking their asses proved that they were entirely right in exiling him without trial. Because the law is for the *little* people, not futurists.
