No, I haven't watched it yet, but I was idle enough last night to put this together. It's 240x320 and fits my Motorola v3x screen, and you might have to tinker with it a bit to get it to fit yours. But here you go, for what it's worth. Oh, and here's a Torchwood LJ icon in the same vein.
