The most interesting thing he said, IMHO, was the shots of hurried evacs of sites two days before inspection. He implied they had lots of footage showing this in multiple sites. If so, that's the closest to a smoking gun I've seen so far in this whole thing, and certainly does prove intent to deceive (as well as serious leakage in the inspector group).
