Compatibility tests

It occurs to me that what they're doing in those compatibility test thingies is adjudging how similar personalities or ways of thinking are - which doesn't necessarily mean compatibility in friendships or relationships, just how alike people are in their attitudes. I think I manage to get along with many people who have completely different outlooks on life than I do, so it's all a much of a muchness as far as I'm concerned.
