Countdown to GAFilk

filceolaire, pola_bear and mokatiki, and the lovely plaid_dragon - spending the day at the Coca-Cola museum, the Atlanta Underground and then up to Decatur to visit telynor at her place of work. Joe, Jessica and I also found a used book store in Decatur which I spent too much time drooling before I got dragged out of there... but managed to score a nearly pristine copy of The Dictionary of Imaginary Places for five bucks (!) and an interesting looking book titled The Hierarchy of Hell from which I'm looking forward to steal many interesting names and functions of demons from.
Unfortunately, transportation glitches meant I didn't get to spend today with Jess again in Atlanta, but tomorrow there'll be several more arrivals for GAFilk, and I expect to be cooking dinner for slightly more than a dozen people. As I said to Brenda last evening, this will be my Iron Chef challenge. Shouldn't be poisoning more than a few.
