New computer
Apr. 18th, 2005 04:28 pmOn Sunday, I got the new 12" Powerbook, 1.5 GHz, 80 GB drive, 512 MB RAM, with 8X SuperDrive, from the Apple Store at North Point, Alpharetta.
I was originally intending to call her Katarina - that seemed appropriate, considering that Katarina, a companion of the Doctor's, was a native of Ancient Troy and a handmaiden of Cassandra, but was quite sensibly informed that as Katarina was incredibly short-lived, dying within 4 episodes of her joining the Doctor, to name her that would be to tempt fate.
Does anybody have any suggestions? I am leaning towards Charity, at the moment - Greatest of Faith, Hope and Charity, etc. and also the name of the companion I concocted for my Ninth Doctor Audio CD Covers, before we knew who the new companion was going to be.
