Got to the convention center one and a half hours before badge collection. There were already people there, waiting, watching as Blizzard employees set up the booths, arranged according to last name. I was fourth in line at my booth, and at one point murmured, "Man, this patch is taking a long time to load," to great amusement from my neighbours in line.
A few minutes after 4 pm, I had collected my bag of loot. I also spent most of the morning walking Disneyland on the second day of my 2-day Park Hopper pass, so I am nursing very very painful little toesies right now and wondering if I'm going to be up to walking to the Lost Bar at the Disneyland hotel for tonight's WOWInsider.com pre-con gathering.
Tomorrow, we find out about the new expansion - which, as most of you who are interested may have found out already, is pretty much going to be "Wrath of the Lich King", the Northrend and Arthas expansion.
Now, I'm going to register my murloc suit and beta key... whee!
