khaosworksFound a couple of addons that may be useful, especially for solo play.
First up is LightHeaded. You know when you're sometimes stuck on a quest and trying to figure out where the fsck to go next? Or need hints on a particularly annoying fight? You go to places like Thottbot or Wowhead and check the comments there, but that entails alt-tabbing out of the WoW client and going to a browser.
LightHeaded attaches a window to your quest log which gives you all the Wowhead comment info, including co-ords for NPCs which, if you click on them and have its associated addon TomTom installed, will create a waypoint on your minimap and world map pointing out the exact location.
(If you have Cosmos installed, note that there's a conflict with Party Quests - you have to uninstall that before LightHeaded will work)
Second, for all of you grinding Ogri'la rep and blowing up your brain trying to remember (or write down) the Relic's Emanation quest - you know, the Simon Says clicky thing - there's Ogri'Lazy Rearranged. When you interact with the Relic, a window pops up with icons you can click on or hotkey to keep track of the sequence. Easier than typing "y g g r" in the chat window or scribbling it by hand (which I did). It even remembers your place in the sequence.
Ogri'Lazy Rearranged is a modification of the original Ogri'Lazy addon, which rearranges the buttons of the original so it follows the relative position of the buttons on the relic. Despite what the download page says, you don't need the original Ogri'Lazy to work with it.
