Initial thoughts:
You're telling me, what with Archer saying he'll tell Starfleet and the Vulcan High Command about them, that they never bothered to find out what the name of their race is? Oh, give me a break.
Continuity bit of the week: "Do I look like a Menk to you?" (re: "Dear Doctor")
Good: Bakula not overacting. Much. Porthos was sooo cute. Clint Howard was suitably slimy, and Jeffery Combs is always a pleasure to watch.
So-so: Most of the humor was well received, even if much of T'Pol's bits seemed out of character, especially her seeming offence at Archer's words at the end - one would think "no sense of humor" would be a compliment to a Vulcan.
Bad: Oo-mox always gives me the willies. No pun intended. Hoshi didn't even get a line! Wah. And we didn't even get to see Maywho's face this week - at least Malcolm got himself a face shot on the bridge asleep. And of course the aforementioned unbelievability of them not getting the name of the Ferengi race.
More nitpicks: What's the obsession about gold? Quark said in DS9 that the gold part of gold-pressed latinum is close to worthless - it's the liquid latinum inside that is the rare commodity. Of course, one could chalk this up to translator difficulties.
