Man, 50, is accused of setting dog on fire

Authorities have accused a man of cruelty to an animal in the case of a dog who was doused with gasoline and set on fire late Thursday.

Robert Aretz Lindsay, 50, who lives on Homan Avenue, where the dog was spotted running in flames, could be jailed for up to two years if convicted, police Sgt. Ken Dean said.
