Storm Warning, by the way, was superb. A wee bit "formula" Doctor, but Paul McGann can make the most cheesy lines come positively alive. It's like he's never been away - his Eighth Doctor is so full of life - child-like, wide-eyed fascination at the wonders of the cosmos, making you trust him instinctively, and yet managing to let you feel that it's a cover for a horribly ancient wisdom he wishes he didn't have about the way things work. The voice acting was great, and I really didn't mind the expository dialogue after all a while - and really, after all, it's an audio play, so the actors have to describe what they're seeing. And I don't know about the rest of you, but I think I'm in love with India Fisher, who plays Charley Pollard, the Doctor's new companion. The chemistry between the two of them is just wonderful.

Onward to the Sword of Orion, then, and the return (again!) of the Cybermen!
