I'm taking one of my regular breaks from being pissed off at the world, so there'll be no ranting for a while. In the meantime, I'm going to curl up with a few good books, switch the iTunes playlist to "Musicals" and sing along to Stephen Sondheim.

High in her tower
She sits by the hour
Maintaining her hair
Blithe and becoming
And frequently humming
A light-hearted air

When you know she would go with you
If there only were doors!

Agony! Oh the torture they teach!
What's as intriguing
Or half as fatiguing
As what's out of reach...?
