Good News: Cassandra is back in my hands, with a brand-new screen. Cheap bastards wouldn't spring for replacing the chipped-off paintwork, though, but at least the scratches on her cover are gone since they replaced the whole unit there.
Bad News: After I have packed my worldly goods, they tell me they need an exact count of how many books, CDs, DVDs, etc. per box for customs purposes, which means I have to haul my ass down to the warehouse at some point, open the boxes, count the fucking items inside and then reseal them before they can be shipped.
It never ends.
