Mailing update

No reply from USPS who said they would get back to me, but today mail started to come in - the usual begging for donations from the ACLU mail list I got on when I joined, a Science Fiction Book Club mailing, and more importantly, a refund check for the deposit I put down when I had to open a T-Mobile account without a social security number last year. UPS even found me.

So what the hell happened to those two packages send via USPS?
