It's probably bad taste to suggest my own songs, but I'm kind of disappointed nobody remembered "Halo Jones" as part of the Brainstorming poll for Best Comic Book Song. "Peter's Price" was probably too late for that, though. Also, nobody remembered "And We All Sang Bouncing Potatoes" for Best Tribute Song.

Ah well.

Actually, I thought of Halo Jones and got as far as writing it on a nominating ballot when my computer crashed and I got called away to do something else...I guess I never got back to it. *chagrined* But for what it's worth, the first two songs I thought of for that category were "Halo Jones" and Minstrel's "Elektra's Song."

Gee. I would consider these an 'Author's Pick'. Unfortunately, that portion of the website has been inactive for over a year now... so, I think I'll bring it back next year.
