This is the first year in a while where the Sox really seem at least the equals of the Yankees in talent, and right now, they have incredible momentum behind them. I don't think you can miss it.

i became a sox fan two nights ago, and it is so excruciatingly painful to watch them play the yankees... (who are evil. did you see rodriguez yesterday?!? evil! evil!)

well... to answer your question, i'm watching the game tonight... no way i'm missing it... but god, i'll be watching through my fingers...

Keep in mind that the Sox winning is likely a Republican plot.

Think about it. Game 7 of the World Series is scheduled for the Sunday before Election Day. Let's say the Sox win the Series in Game 7. All of New England erupts into a giant celebration. No one's awake on Election Day save for some carefully prepared operatives who've been sequestered in various locked rooms without access to media and don't know the Sox won. They go vote, Bush carries New England, and wins the race.
