I don't speak Japanese, but knowing how rare swear words in that language are, I wouldn't be surprised if it was something like, "crumbs!" or "oh boy".

For what it's worth, I found out that Hiro said "dai pinchi" or "Big/huge pinch" - i.e. "I'm in big trouble".
