I have no idea what this Dutch site is selling, but it's a pretty cool way of drawing attention to it. Warning: this is safe for work, but it is noisy. Once the page loads, wait a couple of seconds and the experience will start on its own.

Not shockware, not a trojan, not a virus. Just... oh, just watch.
